Engaging Passion at Home

The company goes through a very strict selection process-out of the thousands of design proposals they receive every year, no more than five percent make it to the final catalog. Among the ebst known of the company's products are Richard Sapper's two-tone whistle kettle, Massimo Giacon's "Mr. Suicide," and Philippe Starck's three-legged "Juicy Salif" citrus squeezer.

"No other design house embodies the One Serendra brand of passion like Alessi does," adds Acejo. "If it's good enough for One Serendra."

Engaging your passions in the heart of the city
Indeed, one Serendra is a quirky spot in the metro itself-with lush greenery and all the comforts of suburban living, one would be amazed that such a low-density development could exist in the heart of bustling BGC. It's a breath of fresh air, especially in this age of cramped, run-off-the-mill residential developments.

Within the sprawling 5-hectare oasis, people have everything they need to engage their passions.
